Do you provide warranty for your services?

Yes, we provide up to 1-year warranty for new installations and 3-month warranty for maintenance work, depending on the type of service and scope of work.

How do I make a booking?

You can book our services through the booking form on this website or contact us directly via WhatsApp for faster arrangement.

Are spare parts included in the service price?

Standard service prices do not include spare parts. Any additional cost for replacement parts will be informed and agreed with you before we proceed with the repair.

What is the estimated cost for a CCTV system installation?

The cost depends on the number of cameras, type of system and layout of your premises. A basic 4-camera package starts from around RM 1,500. Please contact us for a detailed and accurate quotation based on your site.
